Cindy had her first child, Deborah Ann ('74) and married Steve Fraley on December 22, 1979 in Las Vegas. Jeffery Steven ('77) and Timothy William ('88). Steve died in 1988 and Timothy in 1991.
Cindy met and fell in love with Vince Coscia in 1989. Together they had Nicole Jane ('91).
Cindy enjoyed her seven grandchildren. She loved them like they were her own and loved spoiling them rotten: Breanna Justine ('95), Jeffrey Steven ('97), Julianna Elise ('98), Ariana Faith ('99), Timothy Vincent ('01), Allison LeeAnn ('03) and Andrew James ('04).
Some of Cindy's favorite pastimes included reading, writing poetry, mind thinking games/puzzles, computers (Pogo), crafts, woodworking, baking chocolate cakes and brownies.
If anyone knew Cindy they knew her love and dedication to her family. Cindy knew how to make you laugh, as her personality shined through, in spite of all she went through in her life. Cindy had a heart of 24-karat gold and loved you for who you were, not what you had.
Cindy was laid to rest on April 15, 2005 with her late husband, Steven Patrick Fraley and their son, Timothy William Fraley
