Barbara Jean Gabbard Gonzales, 60, of Fayetteville passed away on April 3, 2013, at Washington Regional Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 25, 1952, in Fayetteville, Ark., daughter of Floyd and Wilma Gabbard.
Barbara, or as she was known "Bobbie," worked 14 years as a CNA for Washington Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jerry Gonzales.
Survivors include two brothers, Warren Gabbard and wife, Polly, and Randy Gabbard and wife, Donna, both of Fayetteville; sister, Lori Hollis and husband, Jerry, of Fayetteville; three nephews, Jeremy Gabbard of Little Rock and Jared Hollis and Donnie Carrasco, both of Fayetteville; two nieces, Skye O'Grady of Arizona and Susan Hollis of Fayetteville; and several other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Beard's Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Dowell Cemetery.
