William Clayton Waugh, 92, passed away at the Southrn Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Mr. Waugh was born in Grahn, Kentucky, the son of the late Arthur Waugh and the late Bessie Carroll Waugh. He was the husband of the late Billie Waugh. He was a retired mechanic for the Carter County Board of Education.
He is survived by his seven daughters, Francis Callihan of Grayson, Patricia Evans also of Grayson, Carolyn Mullins of Grove City, Ohio, Clara Jackson of Greenup, Loretta Alexander of South Shore, Cathy Sargent of Greenup and Dorothy Waugh of Portsmouth and three sons, Bill Waugh of Bedford, Kentucky, Clayton David Waugh of Wurtland, Kentucky and Gary William Waugh of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren; forty-one great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Billie, one son, Lowell Lee Waugh; one brother, Fred Waugh, and three sisters, Vergie Tryan, Lillian Butler and Minnie Tabor.
