First, I desire all my just debts and funeral expenses be Paid--
Secondly, I give and bequeath all the personal property and Real estate that it hath pleased God to entrust me with to my beloved husband Jeremiah Wright to have and enjoy during his natural life, and Third, And after his decease or death I give and bequeath the same to it more or less to Sarah Ann Tucker, my Niece (one that I have raised) as a compensation for her services on conditions that the said Sarah Ann Tucker continues to live with me and my husband until our decease, witness my hand and seal signed in presence of Greenberry Wade
