JOHN TRAVIS (T) LEWIS
Whitney- John Travis (T) Lewis, 78, of Whitney died Tuesday morning at his residence. Services will be
at 1pm today at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Whitney, the Rev. Allen Lane & the Rev. Lynn Bellah officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Hubbard. Mr. Lewis was born Feb. 18,
1910 in Nolan and lived most of his life in Hubbard. He was married to Thelma Lee Ryno on Aug. 4,1934. He was a retired construction worker and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, a son John Travis(Sonny) Lewis Jr. of Ft. Worth; 3 daughters, Beth Snyder of Lorena & Breckenridge, Paula Holley of Springtown and Jan Creamer of Whitney; 2 brothers, Barnes Lewis of West and Paul Lewis of Hillsboro; a sister, Mary Evelyn Nelson of Peoria; 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
