Mrs. Nannie Lois Barnard Duff, 66, of 3615 Hwy 80 East, Pearl, died Saturday, January 3, 1998, of heart failure at Rankin Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services are 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 5, 1998, at Colonial Chapel in Magee with interment in the Magee City Cemetery. Visitation is after 10:00a.m., Monday.

A native of Smith County, Mrs. Duff had lived in Magee most of her life before moving to Pearl in 1978. She had worked as a seamstress for Mississippi Stage and Equipment Co. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Magee.

Survivors include her son, John Fortenberry of Mendenhall; daughters, Ann Beaird of Pearl and Jan Ainsworth of Magee; sister, Helen Farnham of Ocean Springs; nine grandchilden and eight great-grandchildren.
