Carlene B. Barnette, 84, former Kennestone employee

Carlene Brock Barnette, 84, of Marietta died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1999.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta, with the Rev. Dr. Olin Mullinax and Norvell Knight officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Kennesaw.

A Cobb Native, Mrs. Barnette retired from Kennestone Hospital in the admissions department after 18 years' (sic) service. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Marietta.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.Thursday at the funeral home.
