Mrs. Patsy Lou Baker Adams, 64, of Oak Island, NC, formerly of Carthage, NC, died at Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport, NC.
Mrs. Adams was a retired Registered Nurse. She retired from Rex Hospital in Raleigh before moving to Oak Island.
She is survived by husband, R.M (Ron) Adams III of Oak Island; son, R.M. (John) Adams, IV and wife Chris of Charlotte; son, Tom Adams and wife Sheila of Crossnore, NC; and son, Charles Adams and wife Donna of Cary; a brother, John (Buddy) Baker of Carthage; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded into heaven by her parents John Baker and Elizabeth B. Williams.
