Roe Ron Cantrill, 66, of Reba Ave, died this morning at Mansfield General after an illness of several years.
He was born April 6, 1911 in West Liberty Ky., , and lived in Mansfield for the last 38 years. Mr. Cantrill was employed for 28 years as a supervisor for the Mansfield Tire and Rubber Co.
Surviviing are his wife, Esther Fike Cantrill, one son, Kenneth of Calif., four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Klawuhn of Greensboro, Ohio, Mrs. Judy Watson and Mrs. Joyce Martin both of Orange Calif., and Mary Cantrill at home.; one step daughter, Mrs. Ginger Rand of Riverside Calif.,12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; mother, Mary Cantrill of Mansfield; one brother Jack of Mansfield; and three sisters, Mrs. Richard Lee Thomas of Mansfield, Mrs. Russell (Ruby) Bradley of Jamestown O., and Mrs. Austin (Alice) Hill of West Liberty Ky.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Diamond St. Home of Wappner Funeral Directors by rev. Guy Templeton. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
