Cara Louise Hamilton
Cara Louise Hamilton, a one-year resident of California City, passed away of a stroke on April 23, 2000 at Lancaster Community Hospital in Lancaster, CA. She was born on September 2, 1922 in Medicine Mound, Texas.
Cara had previously resided in the Antelope and San Fernando Valley's where she had been employed as a tool clerk for 35 years at Lockheed in Burbank, CA.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Michael David and Debbie L. Hamilton of California City, CA; daughter Patricia Louise Bussard of Santa Monica, CA; son-in-law Ronald J. Bussard of West L.A., CA; sisters, Lillian Armstrong and Maye Roberts, both of Lancaster, CA, Lucille Neill of Paso Robles, CA, Alice Coulter of Centerton, ARK and brother Zachary D. Shaw of Sebastopol, CA; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert Earl Hamilton in 1977, sisters, Pearl in 1992, Faye in 1993, Sadie in 1996 and Katherine in 1999.
Services were conducted by Rev. Ron Sparks on April 28, 2000 at Stickel Mortuary-Mojave with burial at California City Cemetery in California City, CA.
