Mary and Tom had ABT eight children. The names of Mary and Tom's children are: John Thomas, b. 1801, married Rebecca Casteel; William, b. 1802; son 3, b. 1804; Mary, b. 1806, married Archibald Casteel; Rebecca, b. 1808, married a Twigg; Esther, b. 1811, married Weston Twigg, b. 1812; Anne, b. 1813, married a Denny; and Rachel, b. 1816, married a Dannison. In the 1850 census, Mary was living with her son, John, Lavinia Gordon, age 18, and John Donaldson, age 10. In the 1860 census, Mary, age 80, was living with her son, John and his wife, Rebecca Casteel Gordon and Mary Gordon, age 2, William H.Gordon, age 1, and William Fetters, age 11.
