Mrs. Lula Annie Moncrief, 61, native of Henderson County and for many years a Tyler resident, died in a Tyler hospital at 1:30 a.m. today after an extensive illness.
She lived at Route 6, Tyler.
Funeral plans are pending at the Burks-Walker-Tippit Funeral Home.
Survivors are her husband J.R. Moncrief; five sons, Sam A. Moncrief, Clinton Moncrief, James Moncrief and Truett Moncrief all of Tyler, and Billy Moncrief of Kennewick, Wash; three daughters, Mrs. Murray Butcher, Mrs. B.A. Stallings and Mrs. Estelline Korkmas, all of Tyler; six sisters, Mrs. Laura House and Mrs. Ada Jordan of Tyler, Mrs. Malissa Ellis of Chandler, Mrs. Nora McGee of Hamlin, Mrs. Bessie Gray of Corpus Christi and Mrs. Gertie Wideman of Kansas City, Kansas; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild
