FUNERAL OF HARRY H. BROWN

The funeral of Harry H. Brown, son of David L. and Sarah E. Elmore Brown, who was born in Camden County, Mo., May 25, 1896 and who died at Yuba City, Calif., was held Sunday in Mojave with the O'Donnell Funeral Home in charge. Rev Earl T. Hunt preached the funeral .sermon at the interment which was in Mojave cemetery.
Mrs. George Hodges sang "Rock of Ages" and "Good Morning Up There,' and "A Christian's Good-Night. Pallbearers were from Golden Queen Post of the Ameriican Legion.
Mr. Brown is survived by his wife. Louise of Auburn, Wash., four daughters, Bonnie of Salina, Okla., Donnie O'Neal of Douthat, Okla., Willa Dean Rose, Auburn, Wash. Three stepsons, Edward and Wayne of Auburn, Wash. and Pvt. Lee Smith of the Armed Forces, somewhere in the South Pacific; three grandchildren, Shirley Mae Brown and Sarah Mae and Edward O'Neal. Two step grandchildren, Mrs. Mary Ann Clopton, Miami, Okla., and Betty Lou Miller of Salinas. Kan., four brothers and one sister, A. J of Kansas, Okla., F. Q of Telequah, L.L. of Camenton, Mo., Charles F. of Mojave, Calif., and Mrs. Manie Auterson of Miami, Okla. He also leaves a host of friends to mourn him.
Mr. Brown was a veteran of World War I and was a member of the American Legion at Prior, Okla. His parents have preceded him in death.
