Fannie Grayum was born August 29, 1846, in Cole County, Missouri, and died August 21, 1913, in Neosho, Missouri. Converted and joined the Baptist church when 12 years of age. She was married to S. M. Nichoalds on February 13, 1880, of which union there were three children, as follows: Lela B., who is the wife of E. W. Carney; Jeff H. Nichoalds of Washington, and one child who died in infancy. The deceased was a faithful wife, a loving affectionate mother, and an earnest consecrated Christian. Besides the children she leaves, one sister, Mrs. David Hopkins, one brother-in-law, three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many friends to mourn their loss. She died as she always lived, a faithful true Christian, giving ample testimony shortly before her death that all was well and she was going to meet her Savior and many loved ones who had preceded her to a better world, among them her companion who died 24 years ago.
