John Whitehurst died in 1864.. George W F Price was FIRST married to Elizabeth Margaret Pooser, b. 22 Jun 1827 in SC and d. 04 Aug 1872 in Alabama. He and his first wife had at least 8 children together and he didn't marry his second wife until after 1872. In the 1880 Census, his SECOND wife is listed as Eliza C R Price (for Eliza Catherine Russell Price).
