Mr. Thomas Clifton Hinsley, of Hot Springs, AR. passed away Sunday, November 29, 2009 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in Hot Springs, AR., to Jewel Clifton Hinsley and Rosemarie Regina Yates Hinsley on April 12, 1945. He is also preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Sherry Lynn Pettigrew Hinsley, Survivors include his brother Steve Hinsley of Hot Springs, Ar., and 1 cousin, Ms. Johnnie Mae Whisenhunt and Inez Hill of Grass Valley, CA.

Mr. Hinsley was a Sergeant in the U. S. Army, attended and graduated from the B. A. Henderson High School. Also was active with the Harley –Davidson Owners Club, the Fun City Barber Shop Chorus and was retired from the St. Joseph Medical Center Hospital, and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 2:30 P: M. with the Rev. Mike Seitz officiating at the First Presbyterian Church, 213 Whittington, Hot Springs, AR.
A reception will follow at the church; friends desiring to do so may make memorial contributions to the First Presbyterian Church.
