Mrs. Lester Michel
Mrs. Farah Bell Michel, wife of Lester Michel, died at a Zion, Ill hospital at 8 a.m. Wednesday. Funeral services for the former Kokomo resident will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Zion Funeral Home. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.
Born Dec. 1903, in Kokomo, Mrs. Michel was the daughter of Bert and Bertha (Bailey) Degler.
Surviving are the husband, two sons, Norman and Wayne; a daughter, Mrs. Dudley (Ramona) Cooprider, seven grandchildren, her mother, Mrs. Bertha Degler, three brothers, Carl Degler, Kenosha, Wis; Chester Degler, New Lisbon, Wis; Louis Degler, Zion, ILL; two sisters; Mrs. Russell (Beulah) Michel and Mrs. Kenneth (Mary) Johnson, Zion, Ill. One son, and one brother preceded her in death.
