Andrés was predeceased by one son, Andrew, and brothers, Vincent Gallegos, José Gallegos, Jake Gallegos and Manford Gallegos.
Andrés is survived by son, Frankie Gallegos (Antoinette Ortega), daughter, Catherine Gallegos, sisters, Mary Chávez and Esmeralda Perkowski (Bruce) and grandchildren, Phillip (Jenny Montoya), Patrick, Alisha, Monique, Frankie Jr., Greg and Andrew Gallegos Jr.
Andrés' Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation held in in the Reflection of Life Chapel, Washington and Cutler NE, on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. A Rosary will be held later that evening at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 309 Stover Ave. SW at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with Burial following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Benny Chávez, Joey Gallegos, Teddy Archuleta, Benny Chávez Jr., Phillip Gallegos and Alfred Maestas Jr.. Honorary Pallbearers will be Pablo Price and Tim Gonzáles.
Andrés loved music, to garden, his family and a great party and played the accordion.
