Charles Sanders
Charless Sanders was born November 15, 1933, in Lovette, Texas and passed away January 2, 1998. in Lancaster, California. His occupation was civil service. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Evelyn Sanders; daughter, Charlene "Lynn" Sanders, sons, Davis; brothers, William Sanders, Joe D. Sanders, Joe Sanders; sisters, Verna Lee Robinson and Eva Mae Johnson. He leaves his wonderful sister-in-law, Clara, "Bo" Sanders, May "Red Head" Sanders and all his nieces and nephews to continue his family.
Charles was a flower in a storm, never to bend in the strain of life. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father and friend to all.
Services were held on January 8, 1998, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of California City with the Rev. Roosevelt Thompson officiating, and the A.F. & A.M. of St. Andrews Lodge 16 of San Bernardino, California assisting. Internment followed at the California City Memorial Park. Stickel Mortuary, Directors. Roy Sanders, Charles Sanders, Jr., and Kenny Price; grandson Darylle Perkins; godsons, Ryan Pagan, Austin Hernandez and Samuel
