EDNA ALMA PIERCE

Longtime Ridgecrest resident Edna Alma Pierce died Friday, April 19, at her home in Ridgecrest. She was 90.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, April 27, at East Kern Cemetery District in Mojave. Pastor Chuck Hobson of Calvary Assembly of God will officiate. Interment will be at East Kern Cemetery.

Mrs. Pierce was born Sept. 24, 1911, in Pittsburg, Kans. and had been a Ridgecrest resident for 26 years. She was a previous resident of Mojave and had retired May 15, 1974, from employment as a computer operator at Edwards Air Force Base. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church.

Mrs. Pierce is survived by her son Paul Pierce of Arleta and brother Ray Tweedy of Saugus.

Holland & Lyons Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Interment was at East Kern Cemetery in Mojave.

Arrangements were provided by Holland & Lyons Mortuary.
