"Mrs. Mary E. Hayth, 83, of 701 Third, died at her home Thursday.
Mrs. Hayth came to Dallas thirty-two years ago from Missouri. She soon became a member of the Exposition Park Presbyterian Church and thoughout the years remained active in it.
She was a member of the Eastern Star and also took an active part in work of the order for many years.
Mrs. Hayth is survived by three sons, James F. Hayth, Dallas; John B. Hayth, Oklahoma City, and Maurice F. Hayth of Fort Worth; one brother, the Rev. Willie Allison of Carthage, Mo., seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Suggs Funeral Chapel, 1001 Second, with the Rev. Dick Thompson officiating. Durial will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park. (bio by: Bette Keene Scavone)
