Gerald S. "Bud" Gross passed away on June 23, 1997 in Newport, NH where he had been born on December 12, 1916; the son of Dana S. and Susan Gross.
He married Rita Beauchaine on April 27, 1949.
He and his wife, using their private funds, purchased the first school bus for the town of Croydon and she became the bus driver.
He is survived by his wife, daughter, Carol Sue Marsh and son-in-law, Clyde of Croydon; two grandchildren, Adam Barton and his wife, Jessica of Grantham and Katharine Marsh of Croydon; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at the East Village Cemetery in Croydon.
