Mrs. Lem Austin, 60, dies at Winchester hospital Tuesday.

Heart trouble, aggravated by an automobile accident which took the life of her husband, Lem, 64, Sunday night, took the life of Addie Austin, 60, at 5:10 p. m. yesterday at the Randolph County hospital. The Austins lived six miles southeast of Winchester.

Mrs. Austin in the accident suffered several broken ribs and a crushed chest, but heart trouble with which she had been suffering, proved fatal.

Double funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. Austin will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Winchester Nazarene church in charge of Rev. Rlland Marsh, of New Pittsburg, assisted by Rev. Ruben Walling, of Saratoga. Burial will be in the Mount Zion cemetery.

The bodies will remain at the Clark & Maynard funeral home until time for the last rites.

Mrs. Austin is survived by five children, Ralph, of Fountain City; Gale, of Muncie; Mildred Moser, of Michigan; Mabel Cox of Winchester, and Ruth Austin, at home.

Mrs. James Hollingsworth, of south of Winchester, is a sister.

Mrs. Austin was born in Randolph county, later moving to Adams county where she was reared.

The fatal accident occurred four miles east of Winchester on the Greenville pike as the car driven by Austin, drove onto the pike in the path of a westbound car.
