She is survived by her son, Bobby Kniphfer of Georgia; daughters, Cassie Mathis of Melbourne, FL, Shelvie Jean Gunther of Alabama, Geneva Kofenhafer of Florida, and Christine Gaban of Florida; brother, Buddy Sikes of Cobbtown; sister Ruby Belcher of Perry; half-brothers, W.J. Sikes of Manassas, L.V. Sikes of Cobbtown, Sonny Sikes of Collins and Buford Sikes of Cobbtown; half-sisters, Mamie Toole and Delma Collins both of Cobbtown, Earlene Lively, Mary Collins and Peggy Lively all of Collins; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, March 21, 2003,at 2:00 p.m. at Kennedy-Morgan Funeral Homes, Cobbtown Chapel, with Rev. Holland Morgan officiating. Burial followed at Sunlight Cemetery.
