CLARY, Mr. Wilton Harrell, age 84, of Brodnax, died Tuesday, January 29, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Edith C. Clary, of the home; one son, Danny H. Clary (Tamara); two grandchildren, Reid Daniel Clary and Samantha Clary Moody (Anthony). Also surviving are two great-grandchildren, Wilton Doyle Moody and Harper Abigayle Moody. Mr. Clary was a retired tobacconist with Liggett & Myers Tobacco Co., a retired store manager for Department of Corrections, and a member of Brodnax Methodist Church. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday at Farrar Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow in Canaan Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home and at other times at the home.
