The husband of Nancy Dishong. The son of Samuel Clark of Indiana County and Eva Faust of Somerset County. He served in Company M. of the 12th US Cavalry from January 29, 1864 to July 20th 1865. His record of service as a private was found in the PA Veteran Burial cards. He died of apoplexy in Etna at #148 Butler Street. Buried in the parish graveyard on April 20, 1917 from the Holzheimer & Bock Funeral Home of Sharpsburg.
