John Lester, 62, of Hattiesburg, died January 27, 2013 at his home. Visitation will be Friday, February 1, 2013 at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. with memorial services immediately following.
Mr. Lester was a painter and of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Jessie Lester and Earlene Owens and two sisters, Linda Cromwell and Betty Justice.
He is survived by three sons, John W. Lester, Gregory S. Lester and Joe W. Lester, Jr.; three daughters, Andrea F. Overstreet, Amanda C. Lester and Charlotte Lester; a brother, Pete Lester; and 18 grandchildren whom he loved very much.
