Opal Ruby House, beloved wife and mother, died Monday, February 7, 2000, at Antelope Valley Hospital.

Opal was born September 9, 1911 in Kinta, Oklahoma. She resided in California City for the last 65 years.
She leaves to mourn: a daughter, Lou Warner, of Oregon, and a son, John House, of California City, 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Her husband, Carl House preceded her in death.
Services were held Friday, February 11, at 11 a.m. at Stickel Chapel, conducted by Pastor Grant Frye. Internment will be at California City Memorial Park.
Opal will be greatly missed by her family and friends and will be loved for all eternity.
