Cora Blystone went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 19, 2013. Cora was 77 years of age born October 01, 1935 in Houston, Texas to father William H. Shafer and mother Thelma Shafer who preceded her in death along with her husband George Blystone. Cora was a loving wife and mother who had a passion for gardening, traveling and playing games with many friends and family. She will be greatly missed and was loved by all.

Survivors include her sons Gary Nevill, Kale Dreymala and wife Bonnie, Scott Dremala, Tracy Dreymala and wife Crystal; grandchildren Cory Dreymala, Kristin Dreymala, Kari Dreymala, Trey Dreymala, Cierra Dreymala, and Dalaina Dreymala; five great-grandchildren; siblings Juanita Steagall and husband Alan, William Shafer and wife Sandra, Jeane Greenhouse and husband Bobby, Mary Burton and husband Bubba, Ranky Shafer and wife Donna; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members and faithful friends beyond measure.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 23, 2013, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Bill Shafer will preside over funeral services being held Thursday, January 24, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Plum Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Allan Burton, Guy Burton, Kevin Burton, B.J. Burton, Scott Morrison, and Mike Belz.
