Mrs. William Briggan, wife of the blacksmith at the cement plant, died this morning at 11 o'clock, following an illness with typhoid fever. She had been sick for the past 24 days.
Mrs. Briggan was past 30 years old and had lived in this city for a number of years. She leaves, besides the husband, three children.
Funeral arrangements had not been completed this afternoon."

Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Mrs. Briggan was 37 years, 2 months and 16 days old and is survived by a husband and three children."
