Death Takes Mrs Louie Garbani
Rosary will be said at Stickel Chapel at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening, July 8 with mass being recited at St. Francis Church at 10:00 a.m. the following day. Burial will be in the Mojave District Cemetery with Stickel Mortuary having charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Garbani was born on Jan. 6, 1886 at San Luis Petosi, Mexico, and came to Mojave in 1930. She passed away at Bakersfield on July 7th.
She is survived by her husband, Louie, four daughters Irene Fuller, and Audrey Sanchez, both of San Bernardino Sarah Pulos of Mojave and Marcella Turping of Los Angeles. She also leaves two sons, Manuel and Joe Melen of Mojave. Twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren are also surviving.
