Mrs. Gallagher Called By Death
Mrs. Addie Gallagher, 68, widow of famous Santa Fe railroader, Thomas Gallagher, died August 27 in Mojave after suffering from asthma for many years.
She was born January 31, 1886 n St. Paul, Minnesota and came to Mojave in 1942 where she and Tom lived on K Street until his death in November of 1951.
Mass was recited by Father Bacquedano at St. Francis Catholic Church on Monday, August 30, at 10 a.m. with concluding services at Mojave cemetery in charge of O'Donnell, Funeral Home of Mojave.
Only survivor is a brother, Edward LaBelle of Spokane, Wash., who came to Mojave to make final arrangements.
