Youngster Fatally Injured in Fall From Bicycle at Wonder Acres
Memorial services for six year-old Lonnie Ghene Fristad of Wonder Acres will be held Saturday, July 27th at 11:30 a.m. in the Assembly 'of God Church, Mojave. Rev. William Brewer will officiate.
The youngster was injured fatally Tuesday night at 6:20 when he fell while riding his bicycle on Janice Street in Wonder Acres. .
Deputy Bert Satterfield answered the call which said a boy had fallen off his bike. The lad was unconscious and rushed to Tehachapi Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Cause of death was listed as a skull fracture.
Survivors include his parents Born and Betty; one brother, John and a sister Cindy; grandparents Mr.and Mrs. Cliffard Boquist and Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Fristad of Mojave.
Interment will be in Mojave Cemetery with Stickel Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
