Vera Fredricks Laid To Rest At Age 60
Private graveside services for Vera A. Fredricks, 60, were held Monday afternoon, Jan. 26 at Mojave Cemetery with Stickel Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
She passed away in a Lancaster hospital on Jan. 23rd after a lengthy illness. Her residence was 17577 M Street.
Born June 14, 1909 in Fort Worth, Texas she had resided in the state for 37 years and in Kern County for 28 years.
She was a Past Noble Grand of Rebekah Lodge and also Past Chief of Pythian Sisters of Lone Pine.
Survivors are her husband Robert G. Fredricks of Mojave; a daughter, Coleen Unger of Hawaii; one brother, Grant Ilseng of Texas; a sister, Dorothy Griggs of Mojave and three grandchildren.
