Her funeral will be at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the Musselman Funeral Home, Lexington, with the Rev. Carson O'Brian officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

She was born in Lexington July 15, 1890, a daughter of Orlando F. and Catherine Sarr Dawson. She married to Benjamin F. Schiefer Jan. 8, 1913 at Lexington.
She is survived by three daughter, Mrs. Arlo Bane, Le Roy, Mrs. Catherine Bourgerie, of 907 N. Center, Bloomington and Mrs. Ken Mrowiec, Park Ridge; a son, Benjamin F. Jr., Lexington; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother.
Mrs. Schiefer was a member of the Lexington Christian Church.
