David M. Beers
David M. Beers, 92, of Shippenville, R.D. 1, died at 6 a.m. Tuesday in his home.
He was born December 4, 1856, in Piney township, Clarion county, the son of George and Sarah Whitmer Beers.
He was married to the former Miss Esther Black, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Beers was a member of the Shippenville Lutheran church.
Surviving are seven children, Mrs. Francis Gould of Tylersburg, Mrs. C. V. Fitzgerald of Butler, Curtis of Shippenville, R. D. 1, Mrs. Florence Johnson of Warren, Sheldon of Clarion, Milo of Shippenville, R. D. 1, and Mrs. Edward Lytle of Youngstown, O.
The body was taken to the Kier funeral home, Clarion, and returned late Tuesday to the family home.
