Services for H.M (Bud) Miller

Funeral services for Henry M. (Bud) Miller were held in the Stickel Mortuaries Chapel in Mojave on June 14, 1972. He was 58 years old.
Mr. Miller was born in Tennessee on May 19, 1914, and passed away at his home in Lawndale on June 10. He first came to Kern County in 1940. He had been a maintenance man for the Hi-Shear Co., a machine shop, for 10 years.
He married the former Rebecca Ruth Owens in 1935. Besides their home at 4717 162nd St. in Lawndale, they also maintained a home at 2484 Nadeau St., Mojave. Mr. Miller was a member of the Mojave Oddfellows Lodge, IOOF #457.
He is survived by the widow, Rebecca Ruth; two sons,Ronald C., Milwaukee, Wis., and Stephen M. at the home; one daughter, Rebecca Ann Jacobi, El Segundo; two sisters, Virginia Burns, Friendly Valley and Patsy Pray, Sapulpa, Okla.; one brother, Rex Miller, Sapulpa, Okla., and two grandchildren.
Members of the Oddfellows Lodge and the Rev. Henry A. Fowler, Assembly of God Church, Mojave, officiated at the 11 a.m. services. Interment followed in the Mojave Cemetery. Stickel Mortuaries were in charge of arrangements.
