Xemphon Curtis Dead in apt
Xemphon (Jake) Curtis, 70 year old Mojave resident was found dead in his apartment in the rear of 15825 K Street.
Not too many details are available but he is said to have lived there about 14 years. It is understood he worked for the Montmartre Cafe many years before it closed.
No relatives were found but he is listed as being born in Greece Dec. 10, 1896.
Funeral services at Stickel Mortuary are pending.
