The funeral of Mary E., wife of John Leslie, took place from the Salvation Army barracks yesterday afternoon. After the services at the barracks which were attended by a large number of people, the remains were escorted to Myrtle Grove cemetery by the Eureka corps and a detachment from Fortuna, all in uniform and wearing a mourning badge of white on the left arm.
