VIRGINIA BEACH - William Thomas Kelley Jr., 79, of Virginia Beach, entered into rest March 6, 1995. William, affectionately known as "Bill" and "W.T.", was born in Carrollton, Va. He was the widower of Charlotte Virginia Kelley.
Mr. Kelley, a retired petroleum equipment engineer, was a lifelong resident of Hampton.
Survivors include two daughters, Claudia James of Virginia Beach and Charlotte Lilly of Easley, S.C.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held in Hampton, Va., at the Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Chapel on Thursday, March 9, at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park, Hampton, Va.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 20 Koger Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
