Robt. Clifford Services Today

Funeral services will be held this morning, Thursday, June 7, for Robert D. Clifford in Stickel Mortuaries Chapel in Mojave.
Mr. Clifford was born in Silverton, Colorado on June 4, 1914 and passed away on his birthday, June 4, 1973, in a Lancaster hospital. He was 59. He had lived in California for 30 years. He served in the infantry in. World War II and had worked as a machinest for Northrop for 20 years. He married his wife in 1954 and they moved to Mojave in 1955, making their home at 2095 Inyo St.
He is survived by his wife, Mabel, at the home.
The 10 a.m. services will be conducted by thee Rev. Henry A. Fowler, Assembly of God Church, Mojave. Pallbearers will be Tom Borwey, Basil Ott, Jimmie Qtt, Charlie Pridgen, Gib Brown, and Louis Flores. Interment will be in the Mojave Cemetery with Stickel Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
