FUNERAL FOR MOJAVE MAN
On Sunday last all that was mortal of Mr. Sherman Wilson was laid to rest in the Mojave cemetery with the Rev. W. Judson Oldfield officiating. Appropriate hymns were rendered by Mrs. Rachel Hodges and the pall bearers were Ray Snow, Jack Pengilley, George Hodges, Roy Gray, Joe Rollaud and Steve Ceccerelli.

William Sherman Wilson was the first born child of John Allen and Elizabeth Francis Jones Wilson. He was from near Etna, Coles County, Illinois. He had numerous Brothers and sisters, many died in childhood.
