He is survived by his wife Anna of Bullhead City; daughters Carlin Valentine and Margaret Roquemore both of Boron; brothers Thermon Woodall of Bakersfield and Weston Woodall of Okla.; a sister Doris of Ohio; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held September 8, 1997 at East Kern Cemetery in Mojave.
