Surviving his wife, Alice Andrews Floyd; sisters, Bessie Randall of Inman and Virginia Bonds of Lexington. He was predeceased by a sister, Thelma Connor, and brothers, Alpha C. Floyd, Ralph C. Floyd, Robert Leroy Floyd and Norwood Player.
