Phyllis Stapleton March 18, 1929 - December 7, 2012 Phyllis was born in Richfield, Utah on March 18, 1929. She passed away peacefully on December 7th after a short illness. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Johnny after 49 years of wedded bliss. She is survived by their three children, Billie (Edward) Reynolds, Raymond (Janet) Stapleton, and Shirley (Don) Zeak; and brother Mack Camp. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Tammy Wise ( Scott), David Couch (Leslie), Kristie Alarcon, Ryan Couch (Nichole), Jason Mattheus(Meri) and Dustin Hilliard. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and numerous other family members. Phyllis loved her family dearly, and will be missed greatly by her family and all who knew her. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to so many for taking special care of our mom. From her doctors to her caregivers over the last three years. We can't begin to name all of you but you know who you are and we thank you. Our special thanks to Kristen Brown, Jeanne Shamblin and her amazing girls at the Gables, Esther, Marquita, Adriana, Valerie, Veronica, and so many others that loved and cared for mom. Thank you to Optimal Hospice Care for being there for mom and the family. You were a great help and comfort to us. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 18th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 19th at 1:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary.
