Minnie Hagedorn, 98, of Shenandoah died Monday afternoon, Dec. 28, 1981 at the Garden View Care Center where she had been a resident the past 11 years. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31. Rev. Thomas Cruickshank will officiate and interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Westboro, Mo. Hackett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband Henry; son Theodore; two daughters Mrs. Ed (Amanda) Schroeder, Mrs. Adolph (Clara) Herzberg; three grandsons Donald Muller, Richard and Jerry Duane Hagedorn; one brother Henry; and two sisters Lena Stratman and Ella Vette.
She is survived by four sons Martin of Shenandoah, John of Ft. Collins, Colo, Paul of Denver, Colo. and Carl of Monte Vista, Colo.; two daughters Mrs. Wendell (Wilma) Rope and Mrs. Herbert (Helen) Muller both of Clarinda; 21 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother Ed Rosenthal of St. Joseph, Mo. and one sister Mrs. Clara Maas of Shenandoah.
