Karl W. Kercher, 92, of Macungie, died Monday in his home. He was the husband of Ethel (Poh) Kercher. Born in Longswamp, he was a son of the late Percival and Maude (Schaeffer) Kercher. He worked for Mack Trucks for many years before retiring. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He and Ethel enjoyed Elks Club events while living in Florida and traveled the world. Survivors: Surviving with Ethel are sons, Randy Kercher and Alan Kercher and his wife, Karen; daughters, Joan Graham and her husband, Mark, and Fay Kercher and her fiance, Anthony Takach; sister, Betty Hoffman; and six grandchildren. Services: Service and interment will be private with no public calling hours.
