Martha Aileen Edmondson, 64, of East Ridge, TN, lost her battle with cancer on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at her residence.

Martha was a loving wife, mother and Nana, and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband Perry Edmondson Sr.; brothers, Kenny Branum and Bobby Branum; parents, James and Dorothy Branum.

Survivors include her daughter, Angelina Mason and her husband, Chris Hamilton; son, Larry Edmondson and his wife, Betty; granddaughter, Alexis Resides; brother, James Branum, ex-husband and caregiver, Nelson Monta; step-grandchildren, Henry, Raymond, David, Farrah; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2012, in the Chapel with Rev. Lebron Brandon officiating.

Burial to follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Advantage Funeral Cremation Services Franklin Strickland-Pinkard-Bryan-Smith Funeral Director, 1724 McCallie Avnue, Chattanooga, TN.
