Fredrick retired from Northrop corporation in 1983 after 36 years with the company and was Northrop's Plant 42 facility Base Administrator in Palmdale, California at the time of his retirement. Fredrick was a founding member of the St. Stephens of the Valley Lutheran Church in Palmdale and had served and attended there since 1955.
