ARTHUR GLENN BECKWITH enlisted in the U.S. Army in Cleveland, Ohio on 28 May 1918. He was assigned, 13 Company 2, Infantry Replacement Regiment, Camp Gordon, Georgia until 16 December 1918; reassigned to Company A 26 Infantry to Dischage Corporal on 12 July 1918. Saw battle at St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne. He was slightly wounded in action on 4 October 1918. Reassigned to American Expeditionary Forces 21 July 1918 to 19 March 1919. Honorably discharged on 15 April 1919.
